Dr. Chen's brief bio:

Dr. Chen has been working in education for more than 30 years.  He earned a BA degree and a MA degree in English from Fujian Normal University and a MA in Applied Linguistics and a Doctoral degree in Educational Leadership from Northern Arizona University.   His teaching experience covers a wide spectrum from elementary school to graduate courses; his administrative experience encompasses K-12 to university and also, government programs, including supervising AZ Principals Academy for the Arizona Department of Education. Dr. Chen regularly serves as a reader for the AP Chinese exam.   He is a visiting professor of both Fujian Normal University and Fuzhou University and is active in international education exchange programs.  As a principal, board chair, and teacher, he worked in Hope Chinese School located in Arizona from 1995 to 2003.  Dr. Chen is well-known for his multi-cultural studies, poetry, and calligraphy.
