AARP Tax Assistance Appointments

Beginning Feb. 3, 2023, in the Q Building near Grovers & 32nd St. Make an appointment online to schedule your time. 

Tax Forms Available @ the PVCC Library

Available tax forms for pick-up are located in the Library.

  • The IRS tax forms available are:

    • Booklets of 1040 & 1040SR (senior) which include all needed forms

    • Form 1040EZ 
       

  • The AZ tax forms available are:

    • Form AZ140 

    • Form AZ140EZ 
       

  •  Need a specific form printed?  Please call 602-787-7200 or email us at library@paradisevalley.edu and we'll print them off for you. You can use the campus map to find us. We are located in the E BLDG. Please park in Parking Lots B or C.

Monday - Thursday: 8am - 7pm
Friday: 8am - 2pm 

Notice: Closed February 20th for Presidents' Day and the week of Spring Break March 13 to 19th
