Criteria

Your class assignment asks you to evaluate your sources based on four criteria: credibility, relevancy, currency, and accuracy. Let's take a look at each criterion:

Credibility: Who is the author or publisher, and what are their credentials?

Relevancy: Describe the purpose of this document. Who is the intended audience? Why does it enhance your paper?

Currency: Is the source current? If not, how does it help you to understand and reflect on your topic?

Accuracy: Where does the information come from? Has it been reviewed or refereed?
