1. Familiarize yourself with the case:

2. Use a primary resource like Thomson Reuters WestLaw to see the case.

Go to #2. Business Legal Resources (Databases) tab (left-hand column) and locate and click on Using Thomson Reuters WestLaw

Click on the case title and briefly read Heart of Atlanta Motel, Inc. v. U. S., 379 U.S. 241 (1964)
Skip the West Headnotes and scroll down to the Opinion and be ready to discuss. (5 minutes)

4. Use OneSearch to locate more secondary research articles using your keywords.

Refine your search by clicking on several filters like: Full Text Online, Peer Review, Library Catalog, and Items at my institution
Just choose the filters you need. The broader the search, the more info you can see and review.
Locate and use the Content-Type filters to filter your results to magazines, journals, books & e-books, newspapers, references,and reports and transcript articles, individually. Here less is best.
Choose the appropriate articles for your research.
Choose full-text articles that support your research.
Use the APA Citation page to cite your article OR
Use the database’s cite tool (usually located above or to the right and left-hand column in the article's page to cite your articles in APA style OR if there is no cite tool available use an online cite tool generator.

5. Use Google to locate proper articles using .edu , .go , and, .org domains!
For example in a Google search type the search terms below using the quotes
