Information Cycle
Information comes to us through a process we call the information cycle--this is a chain of events leading from the initial moments to the days, weeks, months and years following and involves information moving from popular news to scholarly and academic research.
- The Information Cycle - Kimble LibraryThis video was created by Kimbel Library in cooperation with the CCU First Year Experience Program, and was designed to introduce first-year students to fundamental information literacy concepts. Librarians Joshua Vossler and John Watts received the 2012 Association of College and Research Libraries (ACRL) Instruction Section (IS) Innovation Award for their work on the Kimbel Library First Year Experience Instructional Videos.
