What Is the National Day on Writing?
The National Council for Teachers of English (NCTE) designated October 20th as a day to celebrate the tremendous value of writing. Teachers nationally encourage writers to tweet about their love of literature, reading, and writing using the hashtage #WhyIWrite. PVCC inaugurates its first year to celebrate the Day on Writing on Oct. 20, 2016.
